WAITING TIME TRANSFER AND TOURS



SIC Waiting Time: Tours & Transfers: 5 minutes from the arrival of guide/driver for pickup.
Guests should be at the waiting area as per itinerary, at least 5 minutes prior to the pickup start time.
Driver / Guide will leave after the specified waiting time. If the guests are not present at the pickup point, service will be considered a No Show.

Suvarnabhumi International Airport: Gate 10- International Arrival. Please look for the hotel's representative for Meet & Greet Assistance
Don Muang Airport: International Arrival. Please look for the hotel's representative for Meet & Greet Assistance
Hotels: Concierge Desk of the Hotel. In the absence of a concierge desk, please be seated in the lobby area.


BAGGAGE POLICY

Maximum Baggage Allowance: 01 Suitcase + 01 Handbag / Laptop bag Per Person;
These dimensions include wheels, handles, and side pockets.
Checked baggage must not exceed 81cm (H) x 119cm (W ) x 119 cm (D) + 01 Piece of Hand Luggage OR Laptop Bag shall not exceed 56cm x 36cm x 23cm and does not weigh more than 7kg

>Private Transfers mean not sharing with other guests and are from dedicated point to point drop only. No time change or location change permitted.
>Deviation of Tours/Changes in Transfers Without Approval/Dealings With Driver/Halts in-between the tours are not allowed and immediate penalty/suspensions will be levied on the customer as well as the driver.
>It is advisable to not have any alterations during the tours and transfers.
Please share the active calling number in UAE for the client along with Whatsapp Number. Note that the client must be aware of all T&Cs and factsheet schedule/transfer rules. VOIP applications such as Whatsapp & Skype Calling is Banned in UAE and cannot be used for Calling. There is a mandatory need for guests to have 1 active calling number in UAE throughout. In case, guest fails to provide clear communications, services missed will be counted as No-Show and no refund will be provided for the same. For smooth coordination and timely updates, a WhatsApp messaging group will be created with the on-tour guest number. Please update your active WhatsApp number prior to start of tour. All rides will be given once only. If a customer, misses any tour or pick up, he may join in by traveling on his own.. Anything & Everything That Is Not Mentioned In Inclusions
