No child below 90 cm will be admitted to attraction unless accompanied by an adult. If found the height exceeds 120cm then the service provider has right to charge the supplement from guest on ground as per adult costMaximum waiting time 5min from driver's arrival at the hotel lobby. If guests do not start to the excursion within the time, the driver will leave and it will be a no show. Guests will have to reach the venue by themselves.No refund/ reschedule of the service if guests fail to visit on given date and time.Wednesdy Closed.

VOIP applications such as Whatsapp & Skype Calling is Banned in UAE and cannot be used for Calling. There is a mandatory need for guests to have 1 active calling number in UAE throughout. In case, guest fails to provide clear communications, services missed will be counted as No-Show and no refund will be provided for the same.
